However, it seems that many of low carb products on the market which are not natural. Most of them are chemically enhanced food products. Experts suggest that our diets should have a 55%-60% portion of carbohydrates. We, of course, may avoid simple carbohydrates such as breads pastas and sweets. If we are going on low carbohydrate diets, we may prefer low carb diet foods to naturally enhance low carbohydrate diet.</p>
<p>Creating good <a href="http://instantweightwatchers.com/" target="_blank">low carb food lists</a> are simple enough. Vegetables can always be our choices even if we are going on low carb diets. The nature offers us excellent vegetables for our diet needs. Low carb vegetables are cheap, healthy and natural. Lettuce, spinach and other leafy green vegetables are natural low carb foods which offer us excellent nutrition. One serving which is about 1 ½ cups contains only about 3 grams of carbohydrates, complex carbohydrates.</p>
<p>Cabbage, both green cabbage and red cabbage, contains about 5 grams of carbohydrates. Carrots contain much nutrition but few calories. One medium raw carrot with about 7 inch length has 8 grams of carbohydrates.</p>

<p>Cucumbers are also an important member of natural low carb food lists. One third of a medium cucumber contains only about 3 grams of carbohydrates.</p>
<p>Of course, by consuming less than a serving of the vegetables we can subtract the amount of carbohydrates. Natural foods are better choices of healthy diets and natural low carb foods are better choices for healthy low carb diets. The ingredients are 8 oz cream cheese, 5 or 6 slices of bacon (softened), fried crisp, 1 small onion and 15-20 large mushrooms. We preheat an oven to 350. We separate the mushrooms from their stems and clean them all. Then, we chop the onion and the reserved stems. Next, we fry the bacon until it is crisp and reserve the grease.</p>
<p>After that, we cook the onion and the chopped stems until they are tender in the bacon grease. Drain the grease and add the onions/ the stems to the softened cream cheese. We crumble the crispy bacon in the cheese mixture and combine them well. We need to scoop some into each of the mushroom cap. We bake them for about 10-15 minutes on baking sheet with edges. Finally, we broil them to brown the tops.</p>

<p>We preheat an oven to 425 and grease one tray of 24 mini-muffin pan cups. Then, we melt the butter over into moderate heat; add the bell pepper and the onions; and saute it until soft about five minutes. Next, in a different container, we combine some eggs, cheese, salt and pepper and stir them in the bell peppers and onions. After that, spoon about a tablespoon of the mixture into each muffin cup and bake for about 8-10 minutes.</p>
